Donna Cup will be processing your personal data as you have registered for and are participating in the Donna Cup. The main purpose is to enable us to process your registration, register the team’s results, manage your account and any changes to the registration, and to make the tournament an experience for you as a participant.
Donna Cup is the controller of personal data for the processing of your personal data (“personal data”) in connection with participation in the tournament. Personal data includes information that you submit to us directly or indirectly through your registration, such as forename and surname, postal address, personal ID number, email address and mobile phone number, as well as any other personal data that is necessary for the administration of your participation in the tournament.
Donna Cup will store and process the personal data in order to manage the Donna Cup Cup (including the fulfilment of Donna Cup’s rights and obligations for the tournament, the issuing of certificates, the creation of summaries and the communication of information). Donna Cup will also process the personal data to follow up on and evaluate the Donna Cup. The legal basis for this processing is your agreement with Donna Cup on participation in the Donna Cup. The provision of personal data is a necessary condition for it to be possible to comply with the agreement on participation in the tournament
The personal data will be stored during the period when you are participating in the Donna Cup and for a subsequent period of time that is required in order that Donna Cup shall be able to meet their obligations and perform an evaluation of the tournament.
Consent to use of name and image in advertising
During the Donna Cup, matches and other events will be documented and photographed in the form of both still and moving images. You are hereby made aware that you, through your participation in the tournament, may be photographed or filmed in various contexts. Donna Cup may use these images in their communication and marketing. Through your participation in the Donna Cup, you hereby accept that Donna Cup may use images of you in their marketing in accordance with the Italian Act on Names and Pictures in Advertising.
